The unit is on the 7th floor, slightly to the right of the entrance. Guest will fill out the registration online and will need to print it out and give it to the Guard shack. There is a parking fee of 35.00 per stay that is paid directly to the complex.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
