This unit is located on the 4th floor, just to the right of the guard shack. Guests will need to fill out a registration online and will need to print it out and give to Guard shack. There is a parking fee of 35.00 per stay that is paid directly to complex.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
